1. right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a person designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the last item.

You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the fourteen days have expired.

 

2. consequences of the withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery option other than the cheapest standard delivery). The refund will be made promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your revocation.

 

We use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction—unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

 

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back—whichever occurs first.

 

You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

 

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.
