1. Preparation

Choose a hair-free, clean area of skin. Care for the skin beforehand with moisturizer and wait until it is fully absorbed – the area should be dry and oil-free. This will make your tattoo darker, more intense, and longer-lasting.

2. Unpacking

Peel off the transparent film from the back. Make sure the side with the Ink Up logo is facing up.

3. Installation

Moisten a cloth and press it lightly onto the paper for about 30 seconds until it is completely soaked. Then carefully peel off the paper.

4. Moistening

5. Night Rest

Apply the tattoo preferably in the evening and let it work overnight. Avoid water, friction, and creams for the first 8–10 hours to allow the active ingredient to properly absorb.

6. Wait and see

Your tattoo takes about 24–36 hours to fully develop and show its final look.

Tips for your best result

2. Care before:

Apply some moisturizer beforehand and wait until it is fully absorbed. Well-cared-for skin ensures a darker, more even result. Our recommendation: Neutrogena Deep Moisture.

What exactly is Ink Up?

Our tattoos are created directly on the skin – without any needles or glue. The natural active ingredient from the jagua fruit penetrates the top layer of the skin and reacts with it. Over the next two to three days, a dark, authentic tattoo look gradually develops.

Our tattoos have been rated "very good" by Dermatest in Germany and are safe for your skin.

The tattoo remains visible for about two weeks and then fades evenly as the skin renews itself – completely naturally and without any residue.

Why Jagua, actually?

Our tattoos are based on the natural active ingredient of the jagua fruit – and there are good reasons for that!

Our tattoos contain the natural active ingredient genipin from the jagua fruit. This substance penetrates the outermost layer of the skin and reacts with it. As a result, the skin gradually darkens – creating a genuine tattoo look step by step.

The tattoo develops on its own over the next few days and remains visible for about two weeks before disappearing with the natural renewal of the skin. All without needles, pain, or risk.
