step-by-step instructions

1. Prepare position

Choose a hair-free area and clean it thoroughly.

Tip : If you moisturize your skin beforehand, the active ingredient will be absorbed better, your tattoo will become darker faster, more intense and last longer!

2. Unpack the tattoo

Peel off the transparent protective film from the back of the tattoo. Make sure that the side with the Tatsy logo is facing upwards - this is the only way to ensure it works perfectly!

3. Apply the tattoo

Place the tattoo on your skin where you want it. Press gently to ensure it is properly fixed.

4. Moistening

Dampen a cloth well and press it onto the backing paper for a few seconds to ensure it is completely moistened. Then carefully pull it off. Voilà, the tattoo is in place!

5. Night's rest for your tattoo

We recommend applying the tattoo in the evening so that it can take effect overnight. Avoid contact with water, friction and applying cream for the first 8-10 hours. This way the active ingredient stays in the skin and the tattoo becomes sharper and lasts longer. (It's better not to have a surprise with a tattoo on your face!) After the exposure time, you can care for it with moisturizer.

6. Get a tattoo developed

Your tattoo will now need about 24-36 hours to fully develop and achieve the perfect look.

Ink Up Tattoos:
Color formation explained

The ink-up tattoo penetrates the uppermost layer of skin, the so-called stratum corneum .

There, it reacts naturally with your skin and the air. Initially, the tattoo appears a delicate blue and develops into an intense black-blue within 24-36 hours .

Since the stratum corneum renews itself regularly, the tattoo gradually fades and disappears on its own after 7-10 days – the perfect solution for temporary body decoration without long-term commitments.

How do our tattoos color naturally?

The answer lies in the Jenipapo fruit!

This tropical fruit from South America has long been used by indigenous cultures for body painting.

Its natural active ingredient reacts with the top layer of skin and creates temporary tattoos that fade on their own as the skin layers renew themselves.
